ABOUT THE COURSE
INTRODUCTION TO MINDFUL MEDITATION
This 3 week course is intended for people interested in learning the basics of Vipassana or Insight Meditation. Beginners and those familiar with mindful meditation are welcome for this foundational course.
Week 1— Introduction on mindful meditation, Awareness of breath (AOB)
Week 2—Introduction on the body scan
Week 3– Introduction on sitting meditation
